A

Gurgling means fluid is either partially or fully obstructing the airway. Suction via Yankeur catheter what you can see

A

Snoring is a displaced tongue partially obstructing the pharynx. Head tilt chin lift if no obvious spinal injury, jaw thrust if spinal injury.
