A tangible (physical) asset such as sheet music

No because there is no prior recording of the musical work

Musical work = Lifetime of author + 70 years
Sound recording = 50 years
What is Contract Law?
An agreement between 2 or more parties whereby an offer has been made. It must involve an exchange.
What is UK Contract Law?
The freedom to decide on the contract and contractual obligations.
What does non-exclusive mean?
grants the licensee the right to use the music
What does Irrevocable Right mean?
impossible to change
