  • Diffuse, mild or absent pain rather than localized
  • Mild discomfort, constipation
  • Tachypnea and vague respiratory symptoms
  • Lack white count, fever, present with hypothermia
  • Consider cholecystitis, obstruction, diverticular, cancer

  • Temp 37.3 may indicated infection due to lower basal metabolic rate
