Individuals vow to live by the conditions contained in the Oath of a Pledge and if these conditions are not upheld the honor of being a Kappa Sigma Pledge and wearing the pin will be lost.

First Charge

“You will bear in mind that under this Pledge, this Chapter of this Fraternity is the only one that will initiate you. In due season, you will be given notice to appear before this Chapter for Initiation.”
