Tenth Amendment
reserves powers to the states and the people that are not specifically delegated to the federal government, nor prohibited to the states
Fourteenth Amendment
grants citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the United States, including those formerly enslaved, and prohibits states from denying any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws
15th amendment
prohibits the federal government and each state from denying or abridging a citizen’s right to vote based on race, color, or previous condition of servitude
17th amendment
established the direct election of United States senators in each state
19th amendment
prohibits both the federal and state governments from denying or abridging the right to vote based on sex

prohibits both the federal government and the states from denying or abridging the right to vote in federal elections due to the failure to pay a poll tax or any other tax

lowered the voting age from 21 to 18
