The rights belonging to an individual by virtue of citizenship
Civil Rights
A false and malicious statement/report about someone

The government can’t favor or disfavor or form any religion

The prosecution of someone a second time for the same offense

A policy/program for correcting the effects of discrimination in the employment or education of members in a certain area
