Damage, to Coast Guard or non-Coast Guard property, is $50,000 or greater (excluding boats), but less than $500,000. (c) Damage to a Coast Guard or non-Coast Guard boat of $50,000 or greater, but less than $200,000
What is a Class D mishap
lass D Mishaps Include: (a) Any injury or occupational illness that requires treatment by a medical professional but does not result in any days away from work, or transfer to a different job, beyond the day or shift in which the mishap occurs. (b) Damage to Coast Guard or non-Coast Guard property (excluding aviation) of $5,000 or greater, but less than $50,000. (c) Any damage to aviation property of less than $50,000.
What is a class E
Class E Mishaps Include: (a) Aviation Flight mishaps or Aviation Ground mishaps only. Mishaps that result in damage to the engine and/or integral engine components only, regardless of damage cost. Integral engine components for mishap reporting under this Class include: engines; engine controls; engine mounted accessory gearboxes; engine plumbing; engine wiring; etc. (c) Engine Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) incidents. (d) If the damage is not limited to the engines (e.g., airframe, propellers, rotor blades, causes an injury, etc.), classify the mishap event according to standard Class A-D mishap severity thresholds. (e) Classify Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) mishaps according to standard Class A-D mishap severity thresholds.

20% for fixed wing. 40% for rotary dedicatted for training

fixed- 2000 feet 1 mile. rotary 500 feet .25 quater mile.
When is clearance from beaches and resorts wavied?
This limitation is waived when these areas are over flown for the conduct of an operational mission, in normal en route flights on airways, or in compliance with an approved traffic or approach pattern.
