o Hysterectomy (doubles the risk for POP)
-Urination problems? Pollakisuria, urinary retention?
-Stool/defecation problems? Has to push back a rectocele in order to pass stools?
-Affected sexual life?
-Overweight, smoking, asthma, COLS (predisposes to POP?)
-(Vaginal bleeding?)

• In which situations do you leak?
• -> urgency incontinence: a feeling of sudden urge to pee prior to leakage, cannot postpone the micturition?
• -> only urgency: no leakage? strong desire to void, no incontinence?
• how much volume do you leak each time?
• frequency?
• hematuria?
• symptoms of urinary infection? (dysuri, pollakisuri)
• previous urogenital surgery/traumas in relation to births? (exclude fistula)
• neurological diseases?
• nightly incontinence or leaking if lying still?
• use of medication affecting voiding pattern? (diuretics etc)
