A

2% lidocaine with 1:100,000 epi
Pka 7.9
60-90 minutes of pulpal anesthesia
3-4 hours of soft tissue anesthesia
Low allergic reaction
Lipid solubility = 2.9
Max dose: 7 mg/kg - 11 carps
Child: 4.4 mg/ig or 20lbs per carp
