Q

Test to stress posterior talofibular ligament (PLFT) calcaneofibular ligament (CFL)?

A

Patient supine. Stabilise shin. Use other hand to dorsiflex and invert - try and stretch PLFT (pulling calcaneus a bit towards you and away from lateral malleolus
