Poison: Anticholinergics (Atropine/Benztropine)

A

Antidote: Physostigmine.

Physostigmine is a carbamate acetylcholinesterase inhibitor
Cross the blood-brain barrier due to its tertiary amine properties.

It is effective in reversing the peripheral and central effects of anticholinergic toxicity.
