Fluconazole systemic dose for oral candidiasis in children?
6mg/kg/day once daily for 7–14 days (max 400 mg)
Fluconazole systemic dose for adults?
200 mg on Day 1, then 100–200 mg OD for 7–14 days
Clotrimazole lozenge dose for children >3 years?
1 lozenge 5x/day for 7–14 days
Post-lozenge instruction for clotrimazole?
No eating/drinking for 30 minutes after
Nystatin dose for infants?
200,000 units (2 mL) 4x/day for 7–14 days

Indications for topical corticosteroids in oral medicine?
Aphthous ulcers, allergic reactions, benign migratory glossitis
