    These are ESBL and Carbapenamase producers. So are resistant to B-Lactams and Carbapenems.

  1. Right antimicrobial
  2. Right dose, duration, and route for the condition
  3. Minimise adverse consequence
  4. Only for bacterial infections, not for viral
  5. Preventing infections by promoting immunisation and adhering to adequate infection prevention and control guidelines
