Can cause phototoxity-reactions. Avoid taking Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Magnesium or dairy products within 6 hours of taking medication due to decrease in-absorption; black box warning for tendon rupture; do not crush Cipro XR; store suspension at room temperature or in refrigerator for up to 14 days
