1st line - therapy of some sort
SSRI - sertraline - monitor pt for adverse effects
2nd line: alternative SSRI or SNRI
explain to pt with venlafaxine + paroxetine theres more withdrawl symptoms
bezodiapenes and azapirones only for short term

A
- Apprehension, fear, worry, nervousness
- Palpitations, Chest pain, Tachycardia, SOB
- Dizziness
- Dysphagia
- Gastrointestinal disturbances
- Headache
- Tremor
- Sweating
- Disturbed sleep
