Situation is the place of a town or city compared to difference features around it.

The level of detail and spacial extent being examined in a geographic study.

A group that includes different cultures, ethnicities, ages, and genders.
MSA
Metropolitan statistical area = An urban, developed area
CMSA
Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area = A large metropolitan area by combining multiple metropolitan areas.
Understand the Site and Situation of a city
Site refers to the exact location of a city including factors like natural characteristics. Situation refers to the location on the city compared to other landforms around it.
Peripheral Model
A central bisness districts is surrounded by suburban peripheral areas.
