Q

Why did you apply

A

I thoroughly enjoy deep-diving the structure of an organization and its frameworks to gain a holistic understanding of its in-house talent, and how to put it to use most effectively, ethically, and empathetically. In short - I really care about people! Whether it’s reviewing the entire organization and its context to decide what does & doesn’t work (systems, structures, people practices, rewards, performance measures, policies, processes, culture etc.), or serving as a thought leader on all things well-being, strategy, and D&I, it all brings me a lot of joy, and I’d love to do this for EY.
