To make sure your aim is clear and reachable, it should be:
Specific (well defined, clear, unambiguous)
Measurable (specific criteria to measure progress towards the goal)
Achievable (attainable and not impossible)
Realistic (within reach, realistic, relevant)
Timely (clearly defined timeline, including starting date, target date. Creates urgency)
