Bicipital groove

Action:
Adduction, extension, medial rotation of humerus. Aids deep inspiration and forced expiration.

Action:
Fixes scapular position against resistance.
Uppward rotation of scapula. Protraction of scapula.

Lateral epicondyle of humerus. Supinator crest of ulna. Radial collateral ligament

Insertion:
Lateral surface, proximal 1/3 radius

Nerve:
Posterior interosseous nerve C6, 7
(Branch of radial nerve)

Action:
Supination of forearm

Insertion:
Palmar surface of the base of the 2 metacarpal, sending a slip to the 3

Action:
Flexion and radial diviation of wrist

HUMERAL head: proximal ti medial epicondyle.
ULNAR head: medial side of coronoid process of ulna

Insertion:
Lateral surface of radial shaft

Action:
