What are alfajores con dulce de leche?
Two sweet, soft, and crumbly sandwich cookie biscuits joined together by dulce de leche. They can be coated with chocolate or sugar. Dulce de leche is made when you heat milk to change its flavor and color. It is burnt milk that is used as a candy-like substance inside the two alfajores. This is eaten in many Spanish countries, and can be eaten with coffee.

What are los matambres?
A thin-cut steak taken from between the skin and ribs of a cow. It is similar to American flank steak. In Argentina it is served as a steak mixed with other ingredients such as hard boiled eggs, pepper, or vegetables. These are wrapped up and boiled into milk and baked. Then, it is sliced into thin cuts. Some can even put these on pizzas.

Has two meanings: - Most popular type of social gathering in Argentina-a celebration of sacred meat and flame, an open fire/barbecue. - Can also be a kind of barbecued meat, called "la carne asada"

They are the Panamerican games. Held in July the year before every summer Olympics, these were held in Toronto in 2015. First held in Buenos Aires in 1952. All 42 nations from North and South America participate in the games. You must speak English or Spanish to participate. It was in Peru in 2011.
