If an arrestee requests that his personal property be released to another, and the officer can safely accommodate such a request, how will this be done?

All property will be documented on a property report

Name, phone# and signature of the other person will be listed in the “Circumstances” portion

Arrestee will sign his name in the “Owners Signature” portion

For cash valued at $100 or more and for property valued at $250 or more, a supervisor is required.
