Art or ‘Sining’ is defined as the different manners of expressing human skills and imagination in the creation of aesthetic conditions, objects, and presentations.
What is Painting?
Painting refers to the application of color, pigment, or paint to a surface or support, which may include paper, wood, canvas, metal, or walls.
What is Sculpture?
Sculpture is a three-dimensional artwork made through processes such as carving, modeling, assembling, or casting.
What is Architecture?
Architecture is the art and science of designing spaces and constructing buildings and other environmental features.
What are the Elements of Art?
The elements of art include: DOT, LINE, SHAPES, FORMS, COLOR, TEXTURE, SPACE, DOMINANCE, and BALANCE.
What does a straight line suggest?
Straight lines suggest rigidity.
What do diagonal lines suggest?
Diagonal lines suggest oppositions.
What do vertical lines suggest?
Vertical lines suggest strength.

Intensity or saturation refers to the strength of a hue.

A monochromatic color scheme uses a single color tint in different values or shades.
What is an Analogous color scheme?
An analogous color scheme consists of 3 to 4 neighboring colors with one color in all mixtures.
What is a Complementary color scheme?
A complementary color scheme consists of any two opposite colors on the color wheel.
What is a Split Complementary color scheme?
A split complementary color scheme consists of any three colors wherein two of which are beside the complement of the third color.
What is a Double Split Complementary color scheme?
A double split complementary or tetradic color scheme uses four colors arranged into two complementary pairs.
What is a Triad color scheme?
A triad color scheme consists of three colors that form an equilateral triangle in a color wheel.
What is Symmetry in balance?
Symmetry is the use of equal elements, with no axis or central point.
