What does the Full Faith and Credit Clause require?
States must respect the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of other states.
What is the Privileges and Immunities Clause?
Citizens of one state must have the same rights as citizens in other states.
What happens if a criminal flees to another state?
The state must return them under the extradition process.
Who has the power to admit new states?
Congress.
What type of government must every state have?
