flexible : should be different depending on situations and students
acceptable : build credit with student. and provide assessment fairly and honestly.
comprehensive: not only weak point. it should provide strength together to balance it.
constructive : if assessment makes student frustrated and angry. it’s not constructive. do some praise and use positive word.

• it judges student’s progress at the rote and understanding level
• it can not judge student’s thinking process and skills

authentic assessment : focus on student’s application and correlation level during performing real world tasks and meaningful application based on rote and understanding.

oral assessment: common assessment. use fact question and HOTS question in oral.
