A
  1. Unexplained infertility
  2. Mild endometriosis
  3. Mild male factor infertility
  4. Disability that prevents vaginal intercourse
  5. Conditions that require specific consideration in relation to methods of conception, e.g. sperm washing for HIV
  6. Donor insemination.
