A

Xray to exclude pneumothorax, pneumonia, effusion
ABG
bloods- to check FBC, UandE
CRP and sputum to check for infection

A

salbutamol 5mg nebs back to back
ipratropium bromide 500MCG nebs
hydrocortisone 200mcg IV, or prednisolone 40mg orally
