A
  • Salbutamol 10mg (5mL) and Ipratropium Bromide 500mcg (2mL) nebulised, repeat salbutamol 5mg every 5 minutes
  • Dexamethasone 8mg IV/oral
  • Adrenaline 500mcg (IM), repeat 5-10 minute intervals (max 1.5mg)

    2-4 years: 2.5mg nebulised (1.25mL)
    5-11 years: 2.5-5mg nebulised (1.25-2.5mL)
  • Ipratropium Bromide 250mcg (1mL) nebulised
