Contraindications

A

There are no contraindications to atropine in the emergency setting (use caution in patients with asthma and narrow-angle glaucoma)

Dosing for Bradycardia

A

0.5 mg IV/IO rapid bolus every 3 - 5 min as needed (max cumulative dose: 0.04 mg/kg or 3 mg)
