individuals aiming to lose weight
Guideline 1: must be word perfect
To achieve and maintain a healthy weight, be physically active and choose amounts of nutritious food and drinks to meet your energy needs
Guideline 2: must be word perfect
Enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods from 5 food groups everyday and drink plenty of water
Guideline 3: must be word perfect
Limit intake of foods containing saturated fat, added salt, added sugars and alcohol

Strengths:
