Pharm: cross BBB and cause sedation
- less selectivity
- block H1 receptor
Side effect:
sedation, anticholinoceptor action, orthostatic hypotension
Uses: motion sickness, antiparkinsonism effect, antiadrenoceptor action, asthma treatment, allergic response, cough preparation, meniere’s disease
