What does ROLL function do?
no guidance just hold a certain bank. below 6*, roll level. 6 to 35, hold current bank. 35 hold 35
what does HDG mode do?
activate by selecting this function. will synchronize with the heading bug.
When will LNAV kick in after its selected?
200ft.
What does LOC do?
Manages LOC and tracks back course.
When does ROLL got to TRACK on takeoff?
100kts and bank less than 3* for more than 10sec
What does FPA do?
select altitude and press FPA to set angle of 9.9
What does TO mode do?
its selected for TOGA. it basically provides cross hairs for pitch reference for the FD. It’s disengaged when the autopilot comes on.
What is the target speed for TO?
V2+10
What speed targets will TO provide if engine fails?
below v2: v2
v2 to v2+10: current speed
greater than V2+10: v2+10
