By inserting a flat object between the forward edge of the pannel and the psi

Insert flat object in the bottom center of the panel where the latch is located
What is the flow indicator?
Either reservoir or line indicator
Where are the water shut off valves in the lav?
One is under the sink, the other is behind the toilet shroud

Call FD
