What is the purpose of Control Performance Standard (CPS1)
Measures how well a Balancing Authority is able to control its generation and load management programs, as measured by its ACE, to support its Interconnection’s frequency. Information and calculations found on Attachment 1.
What is the purpose of Balancing Authority ACE Limit (BAAL)?
