1.5 oz Rittenhouse Rye (or whiskey of choice)
.75 oz Dolin Rouge (or rouge vermouth of choice)
3-4 dashes Angostura Bitters (or bitters of choice)
Stir in a mixing pitcher with cube ice. Serve up in cocktail glass with a boozy cherry.
Martini (classic)
- stirred, cocktail glass
1.5 oz Hayman’s London Dry (or gin/vodka of choice)
.75 oz Dolin Dry (or dry vermouth of choice)
2-3 dashes orange bitters (optional)
Stir in a mixing pitcher with cube ice. Serve up in cocktail glass with one olive.
If asked for a neat gin martini, garnish with curled lemon twist.
Dirty Martini
- shaken, cocktail glass
1.5 oz Khor Platinum (or vodka/gin of choice)
.75 oz Olive brine
(optional based on preference) in & out dry vermouth wash
Shake vigorously with cube ice. Double strain and garnish with 3 olives.
Lemon Drop Martini
- shaken, small coup glass
1.5 oz Absolut Citron (or citrus vodka of choice)
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Shake vigorously with cube ice. Double strain into sugar rimmed small coup/martini glass.
Garnish with lemon wheel or curled twist
Gin Smash
- shaken, rocks glass
1.5 oz Hayman’s London Dry (or gin of choice)
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Add herb or flavoring to shaker, i.e. mint, rosemary, blackberry, etc… Shake vigorously with cube ice. Close pour over pebble ice in rocks glass. Garnish appropriately.
Margarita
- shaken, collins glass
1.5 oz COA Reposado (or tequila/mezcal of choice)
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao (or curacao/triple-sec of choice)
0.5 oz simple syrup
Shake vigorously with cube ice and pour liquid and ice from the shaker into collins glass. Garnish with lime wheel. If requested “up”, double-strain into cocktail/martini glass. (optional) rim glass with salt or sugar.
Cosmopolitan
- shaken, cocktail/martini glass
1.5 oz Absolut Citron (or citrus vodka of choice)
0.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao (or curacao/triple-sec of choice)
0.5 oz lime juice
1.0 oz cranberry juice
Shake vigorously with cube ice and double strain into cocktail/martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
Sidecar
- shaken, coup glass
1.5 oz Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
0.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Stir in mixing pitcher with cube ice. Strain into coup glass and garnish with lemon wheel/twist
Long Island Iced Tea
- built, collins glass
0.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Tequila
0.5 oz White Rum
0.5 oz Curacao / Triple-Sec
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to Collins glass, then fill with pebble ice. Top with Coke and garnish with Lemon Wheel
