1 cube sugar
3 dashes of bitters
2 oz (60ml) bourbon or rye whiskey
Garinish orange and cherry

Pour into shaker…..served neat in a cocktail class

1oz freashly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 simple syrup
2oz soda water
1 1/2oz old tom gin
Tom Collins class garnish with lemon
Bloody Mary
Add dashes of
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco
Salt and pepper into a high ball with ice cubes
3oz of tomato juice
1/2oz of lemon juice
1 1/2 vodka
fuzzy Navel
Equal parts peach schnapps and orange juice
Cuba libra
4oz cola
1/3oz fresh lime juice
1 2/3 oz white rum
In highball class build the cocktail
Lime garnish

Add an egg white
And it’s called a Boston Sour
1oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz gimme syrup
Garnish with cherry and orange

2oz bourbon whisky
2 teaspoons of water
4 mint leaves
1 teaspoon powered sugar
Build in highball
Muddle
Sugar water and mint
Add ice
Add bourbon and stir
Garnish with mint
Cosmo/ cosmopolitan
1 1/2oz vodka citron
1/2oz Cointreau
1oz cranberry juice
1/2oz fresh lime juice
Martini
Ask if this is dirty or with a twist
3oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Garnish with a twist or olives
Manhattan
2oz Rye or Canadian whisky
3/4 sweet vermouth
Dash of angostura bitters
Garnish maraschino cherry
Negroni
1oz gin
1oz Campari
1oz sweet vermouth
On the rocks orange peel garnish
Sidecar
2oz cognac
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4oz triple sec
Shake well then strain straight up
Garnish with an orange
