  1. Everyone has a right to education, education will be free at the elementary and fundamental stages, elementary education is compulsory.
  2. Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and ti the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms
  3. Parents have the right to choose the type of education administered to their kids.

Everyone has the right time a basic education (including adult education) and to further education, which the state through reasonable measures must make progressively available and accessible.

Everyone had the right to receive it in their language of choice.

A

The Bantu education act of 1953 separated POCs and set up separate education facilities.

Curriculum set on Bantu cultural heritage, retribalisation. They were prepared for specific non-skilled labour.
