RAPD - damage to optic nerve of affected eye
How is saccades performed and what does it test for?
Look between palm and fist
Slow/restricted in PSP
What is the difference between Bell’s palsy and a stroke affecting the face?
Bell’s palsy = LMN, complete facial paralysis
Stroke = UMN, forehead sparing
What is the significance of a deviated uvula?
Deviates away from the site of the lesion
What is the difference between rigidity and spasticity?
Spasticity is velocity dependent - pyramidal lesion
Rigidity - extrapyramidal lesion

Contralateral - loss of pain and temperature
