1
Q

Ischemia: Name the susceptible (anfällige) areas of each organ, listed on this notecard!

  • Brain
  • Heart
  • Kidney
  • Liver
  • Colon
A

Brain: ACA, MCA, PCA
Heart: Subendocardium (LV)
Kidney: Straight segment of proximal tube (Medulla) - pars recta
Thick ascending limb (medulla)
Liver: Area around central Vein (Zone III)
Colon: Splenic flexure, rectum

2
Q

Welche nekrosen entstehen bei der absoluten Ischämie?

A

Koagulationsnekrosen
Kolliquationsnekrosen

Diese können
-> anämisch (grauweiß bis lehmgelb) mit hämorrhagischer
Randzone sein
-> oder hämorhagisch (rotbraun), wenn durch kolateralen,
Venenrücklauf oder doppelte Blutversorgung - Blut in das
nekrotische Gewebe strömt

3
Q

Was ist eine hämorrhagische Infarzierung?

A

Hämorrhagische Infarzierung:
- Wenn für die Ischämie eine venöse Abflussstörung
verantwortlich ist

4
Q

Was für Infarkte bestehen beim Darminfarkt?

A

Darminfarkt:

A

Diabetika oder bei Nikotinabusus

Es kommt in Folge zum Gangrän

6
Q

Where do red infarcts occure?

A

Red (hemorrhagic) infarcts occure in loose tissue with collaterals, such as liver, lungs, or intestine, or following reperfusion

Red= reperfusion
Reperfusion injury is due to damage by free radicyls

7
Q

Where do pale infarcts occur?

A

Pale infarcts occur in solid tissue with a single blood supply such as heart, kidney, and spleen

8
Q

Describe the Hypovolemic/ cardiogenic paramenters and patient!

A
  • Low-output failure
  • TRP is high
  • Low cardiac output
  • Patient is cold, clammy (feuchtkalt) because of vasoconstriction
9
Q

Describe a patient with septic an the parameters!

A

High-output failure
TRP low
Arteriols are dilated with high venous return
The patient is hot (vasodilation)
