Look (rate, symmetry, effort, SpO2, colour)
Listen (talking, auscultation, wheeze, silent chest, other added sounds)
Feel (chest expansion, percussion)

A

Ventilation (with bag/ valve/ mask) if resp. rate
Position upright if struggling to breath
Specific treatment e.g. salbutamol for asthma
