Q

about me

A

Hi, I’m Nicholas. I’ve been developing Android applications professionally for over five years, and during that time, I’ve worked on everything from Bluetooth-connected hardware apps to large-scale health tech products. What draws me to this work is the mix of deep technical challenges and the opportunity to build something real that users interact with every day.

I’m someone who enjoys thinking beyond just writing code — I like understanding the bigger picture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to decisions that make a product better. I’ve taken on responsibilities like helping define API requirements with backend engineers, mentoring new developers, and improving our internal tooling and documentation to make the team more efficient.

I care a lot about writing clean, maintainable code and building systems that are easy to evolve over time. I stay up to date with modern Android practices, and I’m always looking to grow — whether that’s through learning new technologies or tackling tough architectural problems.

What excites me about Meta is the scale, the technical depth, and the culture of learning and collaboration. I’m here because I want to contribute to meaningful work, grow as an engineer, and be part of a team that’s solving complex problems with real-world impact.
