Q

What is your greatest weakness

A

I can sometimes be over cautious. I want to be detail oriented, and sometimes I find my self double checking and triple checking my work before sending it out.

Q

Why cybersecurity and why here

A

I have worked in an environment similar to yours in the past, I found great success building and maintaining relationship with everyone from the shop to the engineers to the chief officers.

Cybersecurity is more than a career for me, it’s a lifestyle, in my personal life I’m always looking into new technologies that can improve my life, and simultaneously evaluating the potential security risks associated with these things

Q

When have you demonstrated the qualities of a leader?

A

Chipotle -
Our store was chronically understaffed, I’d come in every day knowing I was likely going to be behind in Prep and closing tasks from the minute I started.

I would have been really easy to come in and complain to my employees and spend the rest of the night being negative.

Instead, I would come in, take a circumspect look at the situation, create a plan that played on everyone’s strengths, not a plan that made my job easier. I stayed positive when things got difficult, and as a result, we got out earlier, my employees worked harder, and we delivered a better result to our customer

Q

What is your 30, 90, 120 day plan

A

My thirty day plan, if chosen for this position;

Learn as much as I possibly can while on the job, and work to fill any knowledge gaps I may have as they present themselves

60 day plan, I hope to be much more confident in my ability to meet the expectations of my direct supervisor and be able to approach task independently and provide positive resolution.

My 120 day plan would be to be excelling in my position, taking on more responsibilities, tackling new projects and growing further into my role as an it security analyst
