A

Stay away from Wind, Damp and cold
use acupuncture to prevent and have patient tonify Qi and Blood (St36, UB 43, 23)
Moxa during the summer
Have herbs infuse in wine (40%)
Diet: avoid fatty foods
Personal hygiene: regular exercises. activate Qi amd blood, decrease in sexual activity
