Beri-beri
Infantile:
2-3 months
Fulminal cardiac syndrom: Cardiomegaly, tachycardia, cyanosis, dyspnea and vomiting.

Adult:
Dry: Peripheral neuropathy of the distal extremities
Wet: Cardiomyopathy, high-output congestive heart failure, peripheral edema and tachycardia)

Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome:
Confusion, ataxia, oculomotor abnormalities, permanet memory deficits
