The villus is one cell thick, there’s microvillus on the surface to expand surface area for absorption. The villi contains blood capillaries that transport amino acids and glucose away whilst the lacteal transports fatty acids + glycerol away. These nutrients are distributed by the intestinal epithelial cells. (you must mention lacteal, capillaries and microvill)
