Puberty are the physical changes your body go through during adolsecence whereas adolescence is the physical and emotional changes

Boys:penis and testicles will grow in size, facial hair and generally more hair.
Body size will increase.
Females: hips widen, breasts grow. Body gets bigger. More hair
