What is systolic blood pressure?
how much pressure your blood exerts against the artery walls when your heart beats
What is diastolic?
How much pressure your blood is exerting against the artery walls when your heart is resting between beats.

What is considered elevated blood pressure?

What is considered stage 1 Hypertension?
