A

Malignant cystitis syndrome

  1. Irritative bladder symp. (FUN)
  2. Hematuria (painless ) : most common symptom
  3. Necroturia

    IVP filling defect
    CT , MRI

Ttt for bladder cancer ?

A
  1. Superficial bladder cancer (NMIC):

Ta /T1 : TURBC / intravesical chemo or radio / BCG (for high grade & risk)

Tis:BCG

  1. MIC:
    T2 & T3: radical cystectomy + urinary diversion
    T4 & mets: (palliative)
    Radio or chemo or surgery or combination(trimodal)

A
  1. Hyperchloremic metabolic acidosis
  2. Urinary obstruction / infec /stone form / RF
  3. Nutritional deficit & malabsorption
