This lake refers to three bodies of water on the Rhine at the northern foot of the Alps: The upper part of this lake, the Lower part of this lake, and a connecting stretch of the Rhine called the Lake Rhine.
Lake Constance/Bodensee
This sea lies between Great Britain, Denmark, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. An epeiric sea on the European continental shelf, it connects to the Atlantic Ocean through the English Channel in the south and the Norwegian Sea in the north.
North Sea
This channel, also known as the Channel, is an arm of the Atlantic Ocean that separates Southern England from northern France. It links to the southern part of the North Sea by the Strait of Dover at its northeastern end. It is the busiest shipping area in the world.
English Channel
This lake is a deep lake on the north side of the Alps, shared between Switzerland and France. It is one of the largest lakes in Western Europe and the largest on the course of the Rhône
Lake Geneva
This gulf is a wide embayment of the Mediterranean coastline of Catalonia in Spain with Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence in France, extending from Begur in the west to Toulon in the east.
Gulf of Lion or Lions
This sea name is the name given to the group of reservoirs formed by Almoguera, Bolarque, Entrepeñas, Estremera, and Zorita, located in the middle Tajo, and Buendía, in the lower Guadiela, in the Alcarria Baja, between the provinces of Guadalajara. and Cuenca.
Sea of Castile
This sea is a sea connected to the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by this seas basin and almost completely enclosed by land: on the north by Southern Europe and Anatolia, on the south by North Africa, and the east by the Levant in West Asia. Mediterranean Sea
This sea is a marginal Mediterranean sea lying between Europe and Asia, east of the Balkans, south of the East European Plain, west of the Caucasus, and north of Anatolia. It is bounded by Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. This sea is supplied by major rivers, principally the Danube, Dnieper, and Dniester.
Black Sea
This sea is a marginal sea, grouped with either the Atlantic Ocean or the Arctic Ocean, northwest of Norway between the North Sea and the Greenland Sea, adjoining the Barents Sea to the northeast.
Norwegian Sea
This sea is a body of water that borders Greenland to the west, the Svalbard archipelago to the east, Fram Strait and the Arctic Ocean to the north, and the Norwegian Sea and Iceland to the south. The Greenland Sea is often defined as part of the Arctic Ocean, sometimes as part of the Atlantic Ocean.
Greenland Sea
This sea is a marginal sea of the Arctic Ocean, located off the northern coasts of Norway and Russia and divided between Norwegian and Russian territorial waters.
Barents Sea
This ocean is the second-largest of the world’s five oceans, with an area of about 32,870,000 sq miles. It covers approximately 17% of Earth’s surface and about 24% of its water surface area.
Atlantic Ocean
This ocean is the smallest and shallowest of the world’s five major oceans. It spans an area of approximately 5,430,000 sq miles and is known as one of the coldest of oceans. The International Hydrographic Organization recognizes it as an ocean, although some oceanographers call it the Arctic Mediterranean Sea.
Arctic Ocean
This sea is the world’s largest inland body of water, often described as the world’s largest lake and sometimes referred to as a full-fledged sea. An endorheic basin, it lies between Europe and Asia: east of the Caucasus, west of the broad steppe of Central Asia, south of the fertile plains of Southern Russia in Eastern Europe, and north of the mountainous Iranian Plateau.
