  2. High impact loaded strength exercise
  3. Cardiovascular Combine with loading like stepper would be best as compared to biking or swimming + flexibilty like Yoga or Tai chi

Lack of mineralization of bone rather than cortical thinning and loss of bone density.

Presents with diffuse joint pain throughout the body, soft deformed bones and proximal muscle weakness and neuropathy

Lack of type 1 collagen resulting in brittle bone. Autosomal dominant.

Kyphotic spine, triangular head, short stature and ligament laxity
