Smoked Old Fashioned

A
  • 2 oz. Woodford Reserve
  • .5 oz. Sugar in the Raw Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes on Angostura Bitter
  1. In a beaker mixing glass, combine all ingredients and then add 3/4 of ice.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon 10x in swift circles.
  3. Strain over a colossal ice cube in an old fashioned glass.
  4. Add Bordeaux cherry
  5. Add 1 pinch of of oak chips to smoke. Insert smoke tube into snifter glass and turn on smoke gun.
  6. Torch the oak chips for 5 seconds to fill snifter with smoke.
  7. Cap old fashioned glass with smoke filled snifter.

Squeeze and Drop:
• 1 Orange Wedge

• 6 oz. Blackberry Sangria Batch

  1. Fill wine glass by of ice with Blackberry Sangria Batch
  2. Squeeze and drop Orange Wedge
  3. Roll 1x with shaker tin

Garnish: 2 Blackberries on top

Squeeze and Drop:
• 1 Lime Wedge

• 1.25 oz. Sauza Gold Tequila OR Patron Silver Tequila
• .5 oz. Grand Marnier
• 1 oz. Sour Mix (Fresh)

Top With:
• 1 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

  1. Squeeze and drop 1 Lime Wedge into pint glass
  2. Fill glass with 3/4 with ice
  3. Add remaining ingredients except for orange juice
  4. Shake 10x and pour into a slanted Collins glass with salt rim
  5. Top with orange juice
